Bliss-99 is the first Homeopathic Hand Sanitizer created at Excel Pharma, by Dr. Anu Kant Goyal, who also happens to be a student of Dr. Puri. In a recent event organized at Homeopathy College, Chandigarh, Dr. Anu Kant Goyal distributed Bliss-99 Hand Sanitizer in the college, as well as in Old Age Homes at Chandigarh.
